Kazakhtelekom has threatened to sue Vladimir Kozlov for a 40 thousand tenge debt relating to unpaid phone bills. Meanwhile, the apartment where the phone in question is connected in actual fact, belongs to the state, according to a 2013 court order.
As Respublika reports, this apartment used to house the offices of the political party Alga!. Since Kozlov's arrest, i.e. since January 23, 2012, Alyia Turusbekova has had no access to the place, and in 2013 the property was confiscated on the basis of a court order. It is also known that the apartment was later let out by the state.
