"History will never forget it or forgive it" - These were the words of Kozlov when  commenting on the decision to extradite Mukhtar Ablyazov from France to Russia.

The rendering of Ablyazov to Russia was compared by the leader of the 'Alga!' opposition party to subjectng a person to the mercy of wild animals. He used this comparison, as, in his opinion, violence and arbitrariness are inherent to the system of justice in Kazakhstan and Russia.

Kozlov referred to the decision of the Appellate Court of Lyon, which on 24 October sanctioned the extradition of Mukhtar Ablyazov to Ukraine and Russia, giving priority to the Russian request.
