Aliya Turusbekova has published on the Facebook social network the decision of the Almaty court about the confiscation of the apartment. In its decision, the court found that Tursbekova and Kozlov had not presented reliable evidence in support of the fact that the apartment was their sole property.

Turusbekova affirms that the court was provided with documents about the confiscation of all of their property except the apartment - the property declaration of 2012 was attached to the enforcement proceedings. As Kozlov's wife claims: "the judge made the decision dictated from above, without even looking at the documents".
